We have built a scheduling tool for small clinics and are about to launch paid plans. Early users loved the free beta, and now we are unsure whether to charge per location, per practitioner or a flat monthly fee.
We interviewed fifteen clinic owners. Most care about predictability, while larger clinics want features such as reporting and multiple calendars. We are considering two tiers and an annual discount.
